About

Celebrations deserve better than an advert.

My Joyfullday makes one beautiful website for your wedding, birthday or baby shower, then gets out of the way. Your guests open it on their phone, reply in a tap, and never see a banner trying to sell them something.

Why we built it

The planning lives in chats and spreadsheets. The celebration should live in one place.

Most people plan a celebration across a dozen channels. The date is in a group chat, the guest list is in a notebook, the budget is a spreadsheet nobody opens, and the details guests need are repeated one message at a time.

Then the invitation itself is a compromise. The cheap option shows your guests adverts. The polished option charges before you have proved it is useful. And the reply comes back whenever it feels like it, so you cannot get a headcount you can trust.

So we built the thing we wanted: one page that holds your date, venue, schedule, story, travel notes, registry and RSVP. Share it as a WhatsApp message, an email or a text. Watch the replies arrive. Write to a person when something is unclear.

What we hold to

Four decisions that shape everything we build.

  1. 01

Guests reply where they already are

Most guests open WhatsApp many times a day and check email far less. That is why invitations are built to be shared as a WhatsApp message, so guests can open your page, read the details and reply in a tap. Every answer lands in one guest list for you, sorted by attending, declined and waiting.

  2. 02

No adverts for your guests, ever

Some free invitation services pay for themselves by showing adverts next to your names and your date. We do not. Your page is about your celebration and nothing else, which also means it loads quickly and reads well on a phone.

  3. 03

    Free for three months

Planning is already expensive, so you build the site, send invitations and collect RSVPs free for three months. You only pay if you want to keep your site live after that. There is no stripped back version during the free period.

  4. 04

A real person when you need one

Planning raises questions a help article cannot always answer. You can write to us at hello@myjoyfullday.com and talk to a person about your page, your guest list or your plans.

Who it is for

Couples, families and anyone hosting a day worth turning up for.

Weddings are where most people start, because that is where the questions pile up fastest. The same page works for a birthday, a baby shower, an anniversary or a long dinner table with people you have not seen in years.
